Our purpose
Ghana Policy Exchange supports evidence-led debate and practical policy development. We are non-partisan: we may assess governments, institutions and proposals, but we do not campaign for a political party or permit party-political advocacy to determine our conclusions.
Editorial authority
The Editor-in-Chief has final authority over what is published. Members, donors, partners, office-holders and contributors may propose issues or submit evidence, but they cannot purchase, direct or veto editorial conclusions. Sponsorship does not confer advance approval or favourable coverage.
Evidence and review
Material claims should be traceable to sources. Analysis must distinguish observed facts, projections, interpretation and recommendations. Significant briefings follow an approval-first workflow that may include evidence analysis, fact-checking, impact review and final editorial approval.
Fairness and conflicts
We seek relevant perspectives, describe important limitations and give people or institutions a reasonable opportunity to respond to serious claims about them. Authors and reviewers must disclose interests that could reasonably be perceived to affect their judgement.
