Corrections

How to report an error and how we amend the public record.

Report a concern

Email info@ghanapolicyexchange.org with the subject “Correction request”. Identify the page, the statement in question, why it may be wrong and any supporting source.

What happens next

The editorial team records and assesses the request, checks the cited evidence and may contact the requester, author or affected institution. Urgent risks may be addressed immediately while a fuller review continues.

How we correct

Typographical changes that do not alter meaning may be made without a notice. Material factual errors, misleading wording or omitted context will be corrected promptly and accompanied by a note explaining what changed and when. We do not silently rewrite material conclusions.

Disagreement is not necessarily error

Reasonable disagreement about interpretation or policy recommendations may be addressed through an editor’s note, response or discussion rather than a correction. Evidence of a factual error will always be considered on its merits.
